RPA Developer

By arrangement | Full-time or part-time

Your responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of RPA solutions: You will use UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism to develop tailored automation solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Process analysis and optimization: You analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and make them more efficient and error-free.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance: You ensure that existing automations run smoothly and continuously optimize them to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaboration with clients and teams: You work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop solutions and improve existing processes.
  • Integration and scaling: You integrate RPA solutions into existing IT infrastructures and ensure seamless scalability.

Your profile:

  • Experience with RPA tools: You have hands-on experience with at least one of the leading RPA software solutions (UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism) and a solid understanding of the underlying technologies.
  • Programming skills: You are proficient in programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, JavaScript or Python to develop complex automation solutions.
  • Process understanding: You have a strong grasp of business processes and the ability to identify automation potential.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills: You tackle tasks independently and find creative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Communication skills: You can clearly and effectively communicate complex technical concepts and work closely with clients and colleagues.

Agentic AI Engineer

Your responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of Agentic AI solutions: You work with Agentic AI technologies such as OpenAI (or similar tools) to develop customized AI-driven solutions tailored to our clients’ specific needs.
  • Process analysis and optimization: You analyze business processes and identify areas where Agentic AI can improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Integration of AI solutions: You integrate and scale Agentic AI models within existing IT infrastructures to ensure seamless automation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with clients and internal teams: You work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop innovative solutions and sustainably optimize processes.
  • Troubleshooting and optimization: You are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Agentic AI solutions to maximize their performance and efficiency.

Your profile:

  • Experience with Agentic AI technologies: You have hands-on experience with Agentic AI solutions like DeepOpinion or similar tools and a solid understanding of the underlying AI technologies.
  • Programming skills: You possess strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C# or other relevant technologies to develop complex AI models and integrations.
  • Process understanding: You have a keen understanding of business processes and know how to strategically use Agentic AI to identify and maximize automation potential.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills: You approach tasks independently and find innovative solutions to technical challenges, especially in AI and automation.
  • Strong communication skills: You can communicate complex technical concepts clearly and work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Initial meeting

If your application is successful, we will invite you to a first interview. During this conversation, we want to learn more about you and provide you with insights into our company and the position.

Final interview

In the second interview, we will jointly assess whether we are a good fit – both professionally and personally. If needed, you will also meet the team before moving on to the next stage.
